Sixteen years ago, I started in property with a simple obsession: not just finding places, but seeing potential where others saw nothing. Old apartments. Undervalued assets. Forgotten buildings. While others saw problems, I saw transformation.

I learned renovation. Architecture. Interior design. Because I realized something early: value isn't found — it's created.

Over the years, I worked with investors, entrepreneurs, and international clients. And I saw too many people make the same mistake: they bought with emotion, but without strategy. Bad locations. Weak returns. Risky contracts. One signature… and years of capital gone.

That's when my role changed. I stopped being an agent. I became a strategist.

Today, I analyze every deal like it's my own money. Market cycles. ROI. Cash flow. Legal structures. Risk first. Return second. Because protecting capital always comes before growing it.

But numbers alone aren't enough. A great investment should also feel right. It should inspire you. So I combine both worlds: the logic of an investor, the eye of a designer, the discipline of an entrepreneur.
